Its Food Court food...so please do not come here expecting a gourmet meal.  I come here after my workouts sometimes and always get their special chicken and steak with 2 sides for $7.49 which is a steal of a deal.  They cook the chicken and steak in front of you and the sides you can get are broccoli, corn, coleslaw, salad, chick peas, and a few other items I am probably forgetting.

The meal is tasty and a nice alternative to traditional burgers and fries.  In my humble opinon this is the best value in the food court.

The place is located in a food court as usual and this one is in the Bramalea City Centre mall in Brampton. The menu is pretty good and their pricing is even better.

I had their special of a thin slice of steak and piece of chicken and 2 sides ( fried rice and potatoes. The steak and piece of chicken was grilled well and guy listen and made my steak well done as I stated. The potatoes were dry but you can ask for sauce on them.

The other thing we tried were fish and chips. The fries were really good and crispy but the fish was not the best and there was too much breading and seemed like frozen fish fingers.

The service was fast the cashier was the good and the grill was great as well.

I will try it again for sure.

For my Muslim brothers and sisters - they have a halal sign up and serve halal meat!

I defiantly don't recommend this place to eat on a weekend. I have been here many times during weekdays. I noticed the food is ok when the older gentle man is working during the week; it's in decent shape when he's around. I been here a few times during the weekend and all those times the food quality was not that good. I just had a meal here again this weekend; I mean I tried to, but couldn't eat any more. Had to garbage it since they would not refund me. The boneless chicken was very very dry and hard, and the noodles were so dry they looked black almost. I complained they just offered me Pasta, like seriously? I really should have snapped a photo. I can understand why they lack in business. IF, I repeat, IF, I come here again, it won't be on a weekend, but I doubt I'll be back again.

Located in the food court of bramalea city centre is grill it up.  I've never heard of this place before so obviously I had to try it. To my surprise it was extremely fulling and flavourful.

They have various meats to choose from which they throw on the grill to give some char marks. I chose the chicken and shrimp combo. The combo comes with two sides and you can choose from salad, coleslaw, chickpeas, corn, grilled veggies and broccoli, basmati rice, noodles and some other things I can't remember. I went with the grilled veggies, corn and basmati rice. They also have different sauces to brush your meat with or put on the side: jerk, butter chicken and some others.

All I can say is delicious. I haven't had anything like this in a food court and I wish there were more locations. My only feedback is I didn't like the butter sauce it was sweet and nothing like any butter sauce I have ever tried but aside from that I was happy with my meal. I will be back next time I'm in the mall.

I came here for an early lunch while chilling at Bramalea and ordered the chicken and steak with two sides (fried rice and corn) for $7.99.  The chicken and steak were very tasty however, there was so much sauce on it, that it all almost tasted like the cajun chicken from any other food court stall.  However, what I really liked about this place was that they grill it up right in front of you.  The fried rice was good and less salty than Manchu Wok.

Overall, I'd say this is one of the better places in the food court but of course, it's just food court food and no comparison to any sit-down restaurant.
